Oryzatein Silk™ is the first and only hypoallergenic, complete protein source from the whole rice grain with a particle size of 600 mesh – which you don’t have to shake before serving. Available in 70%, 80% and 90% protein levels it is a complete protein (PDCAAS =1) with a balanced amino acid profile. Oryzatein Silk is the non-hydrolyzed option being used in food grade products as both a highly correlated replacement for and in conjunction with Soy Protein and Whey Protein.
Produced by means of an all-natural, patent pending silky process, it is fine grade, beige (light to medium), bland to sweet taste, completely suspendable, free-flowing and free of foreign material.
Oryzatein Silk is nutritionally complete and rich in essential vitamins and minerals. It is a complex carbohydrate containing other essential nutrients – including thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, phosphorous, iron and potassium.
