Organic Oryzose™ is a hypoallergenic, buttery-smooth flavored, delicately sweet, thick-flowing liquid from the whole rice grain. Organic Oryzose is available in a variety of appearances and commercial conversion types, including the following. Axiom also makes special orders available for conversion types DE 26-68 of Brown Rice Syrups (BRS).
Organic Clarified BRS (clear)
Axiom’s Organic Clarified BRS is a clear syrup with a low flavor profile preferred in delicately flavored, non-fat, high usage, or frozen products . Produced enzymatically from brown rice, it is available in lower and higher conversion types.

Organic Non-clarified BRS (amber and brown)
Organic Non-clarified BRS is produced by lightly filtering the enzymatically digested rice, thus producing a translucent syrup with a mild buttery flavor note. It is available in lower and higher conversion types.

Organic Fructose BRS
This naturally, healthy and nutritious alternative to white sugar helps consumers control calorie counts and maintain blood sugar levels thanks to a low Glycemic Index. Currently used as an all-purpose sweetener in baking, cooking, hot and cold beverages, and meal replacement products, Organic Fructose BRS adds multiple benefits. Organic Fructose BRS is part of a balanced nutritional and recovery program, provides ample amounts of fiber to help fat loss and proper digestion, plus offers bolder, more complex flavors than sugar in baked goods and treats.
Organic Glucose BRS
Generally brown rice syrups consist of approximately 50% soluble complex carbohydrates, 45% maltose and 3% glucose. At Axiom we have created a higher glucose version which is beneficial for low fat products. Contrary to white sugar, the glucose in brown rice syrups is a complex sugar that dissolves easily in the bloodstream, is quickly absorbed into our system thus accumulates less fat.
Organic Maltose BRS
Axiom’s high maltose brown rice syrup is ideal for sustained and extended energy products. The maltose takes a longer time to digest thus maintains the energy flow for a longer period. Advantages of this over honey and maple syrup are due to brown rice sugar being digested more slowly and easily. This leads to a milder affect on blood sugar balance. Also a low caloric count possibly lowers serum cholesterol.
