David brings a rare combination of legal, business, and scientific training to Axiom Foods. He holds a B.S. in Biology and Psychology from the University of Miami, a JD and MBA from Pace University, and an LLM from Fordham University, and is licensed to practice law in New York, Connecticut, and California. After beginning his career at a Wall Street law firm, he joined his family's commodities distribution business, where he helped establish rice ingredient manufacturing standards still followed across the industry today. That work led him to focus full-time on whole grain brown rice fractions — and, ultimately, to found Axiom Foods. He remains a sought-after speaker and advisor within the industry, dedicated to building better foods through rice for every stage of life.
